Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 organic ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup wild frozen blueberries
- 1 cup organic plain yogurt
- 6 tbs chia-seeds
blend all ingredients in your food processor. I topped this off with carob-chips, crushed peanuts, chia-seeds and goji berries.
