Bio-PicHi my name is Pamela Santaluce,

Welcome to my eat.fit.life.

I started this website as a place for me to share my combined knowledge and passion for fitness and nutrition.

Amongst many things, I am a former classically trained dancer, Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, wife and mother of two.

My journey to this point started as a ballet dancer. I danced my entire life and I graduated from Ryerson University with a BFA in Dance. After countless ballet exams, lengthy rehearsals, stage performances and bruised toes, I found myself switching my ballet slippers for runners.

Almost 10 years ago I entered the world of fitness, and began teaching my own version of dance-based fitness classes. Whether teaching in boutique studios, places of business, performing at events, or working with individuals one-on-one, I’ve had the privilege of inspiring thousands of people. My classes and routines are complied of rhythmical combinations that produce an overall full-body workout.

I’ve been an advocate for healthy eating both in my personal and professional life for many years now. As a firm believer that vitamins should come from a well-rounded diet, and that food should be as close to nature as possible, I have influenced many family and friends to take a closer look at their diets. That being said, I love all food, and choose to live by the moderation rule. Above all, I understand that certain influences, surroundings, as well as our mental and emotional well being, deeply affect what and how we eat. I hope to encourage and inspire people to make healthy-eating, a lifestyle.
