- 2 cups organic quick oats
- 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
- 2-3 tbs raw honey (or creamed)
- 2 tbs chia-seeds
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
- place above ingredients in your food-processor and blend well
- stir-in unsweetened coconut flakes
- place liners in muffin tray
- fill each cup with mixture
- bake at 350f for 15-20 minutes
- let muffins cool prior to serving
