If you’re looking for a yummy salad that everyone will love for your next party…this is the one to make!

Ingredients / Directions

  • 2 cups organic cooked quinoa
  • 1 can organic corn
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 a small red onion chopped
  • olive oil/sea salt/pepper as desired
  • squeezed lime juice and cilantro (optional)
  • mix well, refrigerate and serve!
